By accessing or using the Website, submitting an online form, making a donation, requesting a record, or submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not use the Website.

2. Emergency Notice

The Website is not an emergency reporting or dispatch service.

The Website, its forms, email addresses, social-media accounts, and other electronic communication methods are not monitored continuously and must not be used to report a fire, medical emergency, hazardous condition, crime, or other emergency.

For an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Submitting information through the Website does not notify an emergency dispatcher and does not create a request for emergency assistance.

3. About the Fire Company

Levittown Fire Company No. 2 is a volunteer fire company serving portions of Bristol Township and the surrounding community.

Nothing on the Website is intended to represent that the Fire Company is an agency, department, or representative of Bristol Township, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, or any other governmental entity except where expressly stated.

References to public services, governmental entities, emergency-response partners, or community organizations do not imply that those entities approve, sponsor, or endorse the Website.

4. Informational Purposes Only

The Website is provided for general informational, administrative, community-outreach, fundraising, recruitment, and public-safety education purposes.

The Fire Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any recruitment or application process.

11. Donations and Payments

The Website may allow users to make donations or payments through a third-party payment processor.

By submitting a donation or payment, you represent that:

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, donations are generally nonrefundable. Contact us promptly if a donation was made in error or without authorization. Any refund is subject to review, payment-processor limitations, and applicable law.

Statements concerning the potential tax treatment of donations are general information only and are not tax advice. Donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances.

The Fire Company may reject, return, or restrict a donation when reasonably necessary for legal, ethical, administrative, security, or reputational reasons.

12. Electronic Transactions and Signatures

By submitting a form, application, acknowledgment, authorization, donation, or other electronic communication through the Website, you agree to conduct that particular transaction electronically.

Typing your name, selecting an acknowledgment box, clicking a submission button, or otherwise electronically indicating agreement may constitute your electronic signature when the applicable form states that an electronic signature is being collected.
